Showing Up with Northfield: Move-In Day Food Drive
The first Service Saturday is our Move-in Day Food Drive! Every month, hundreds of our Northfield neighbors depend on resources like the Community Action Center for their food and other needs. Join with others in Northfield to support the thriving of your fellow community members.
We are challenging the Class of 2028 to show up with Northfield on Move-in Day 2024 by, if able to, bringing a non-perishable donation.
Thank you, Class of 2028, for your support of our Northfield community!
Service Saturday Opportunities
St. Olaf’s Service Saturday Program offers students an introduction to civic engagement through an active volunteer experience in their first month on campus. Service Saturday emphasizes a student’s opportunity to make connections not only with classmates, but also, within the Northfield community while striving to understand civic identity and commitment. The wide variety of service options also provide students a chance to reflect on the value of diverse community.
