Who We Are:
The College Mentor Group serves to provide mentorship for new faculty at St. Olaf, orient them to the college and offer a broader perspective of the campus community. College Mentors support new faculty from an entirely formative perspective, assist in connecting new faculty to a network of other mentors and affinity groups across campus, and connect new faculty to other academic leaders who can assist with specific needs. College Mentors serve both tenure-track and visiting faculty in their first two years.
