All St. Olaf College students who have signed their Recreation Waiver through the Registrar’s office have an automatic membership.
Students are required to present a valid Student ID Card for admittance into the Tostrud Center.
Memberships are free of charge to St. Olaf Employees. Additionally, St. Olaf Employees may add their spouse, a committed partner and dependent children (up to age 26) for an additional fee. Membership passes for employees last one year. All members must renew their membership annually by completing the Tostrud Waiver before they may access the facility.
Once the waiver has been completed and any necessary fees paid, St. Olaf ID Card activation may take up to three business days. Additional processing time may be required if needing a new or replacement St. Olaf ID card. Members are required to present a valid St. Olaf ID Card for admittance into the Tostrud Center.

Immediate family members of St. Olaf Employees, Retirees, Emeriti, and Alumni can apply for membership. To qualify, individuals must be the spouse, partner, or dependent under age 26 of the St. Olaf affiliated person. Adult applicants must complete their own waiver form below and pay the necessary fees. Minor applicants should be added to the form of the St. Olaf Affiliated person.

Kierkegaard Scholars and Residence Life Guests are eligible for a 3-month me for a fee. Summer memberships are active from June 1st to August 31st.
Once the waiver has been completed and any necessary fees paid, the Kierkegaard Scholar or Resident Life Guest will be added to the summer pass list maintained by the Recreation front desk staff. To check-in at the facility, the patron must present any photo ID and the staff will check the access list.
General Use locker rooms are located on the lower level of Tostrud, room numbers 032 (men) and 035 (women). Due to various Athletic Events, these locker rooms are sometimes reserved for visiting athletic teams and youth sports. Signage will be placed when locker rooms are reserved. Patrons should check the schedules below for up to date locker room availability. When “Open Use” is indicated, patrons may use locker rooms.
