How to Checkout Gear
There are 2 ways to checkout equipment: submit an online gear reservation for pickup or do a same day checkout. To submit a reservation, follow the ‘Gear Reservation Center’ link below. For a same day checkout, bring your St. Olaf ID to the climbing wall desk and let the staff know what you need. You’ll review and agree to a rental form. There is no cost to rent equipment. Gear is due one week from checkout (early returns allowed) and must be clean, on time, and in good, working condition. Fees apply for late, dirty, damaged, or unreturned items.

Outdoor Trips
Ole Expeditions offers a variety of outdoor trips. From scenic day hikes and kayaking outings to multi-day backpacking and rock climbing adventures. We provide all the essential gear, tasty meals and snacks, and transportation to and from each trip so all you need to do is show up and enjoy the outdoors.
