Deadline for new and continuing 2021-22 off-campus Interim submitted by individual proposers to CourseLeaf.

Friday, February 4, 2022
Deadline for new course proposals and OLE Core proposals for Summer 2021-22, Fall semester 2022-23, and off-campus Field Supervisor courses for 2023-24 submitted by individual proposers to CourseLeaf.  No late proposals will be accepted.

Friday, April 22, 2022
Spring deadline for new course and OLE Core proposals for Interim and Spring 2021-22 submitted by individual proposers to CourseLeaf.  No late proposals will be accepted.

Friday, September 9, 2022
Deadline for new course proposals and OLE Core proposals for Interim and spring semester 2022-23 submitted by individual proposers to CourseLeaf.  No late proposals will be accepted.

Forms

  • New Course Proposal Form (Select “Propose New Course” at the top of the form.)
  • Course Modification Form (Use this form to propose modifications to an existing course.  This includes adding/dropping GE attribute, changing course levels, changing course numbers, reinstating an inactive course, etc.  In the “Search” box at the top of the form, type in appropriate department/program code and number, for example, ART 102 or MATH 236.)
  • New Program Proposal Form (Use this form to propose a new program, major, concentration, emphasis, or off-campus program. Select “Propose New Program” at the top of the form.)
  • Program Modification Form (Use this form to propose modifications to an existing program, major, concentration, emphasis, or off-campus program.  In the “Search” box at the top of the form, type in appropriate department/program code, for example, ART or MATH.)
  • Repeating an Off-Campus Interim (In the “Search” box at the top of the form, type in appropriate department/program code and number, for example, EDUC 170.)
