Deadline for new course proposals and OLE Core proposals for Summer 2023-24, Fall semester 2024-25, and study abroad and away field supervisor courses for 2024-25 submitted by individual proposers to CourseLeaf. No late proposals will be accepted.

Forms
- New Course Proposal Form (Select “Propose New Course” at the top of the form.)
- Course Modification Form (Use this form to propose modifications to an existing course. This includes adding/dropping OLE Core GE attribute, changing course levels, changing course numbers, reinstating an inactive course, etc. In the “Search” box at the top of the form, type in appropriate department/program code and number, for example, ART 102 or MATH 236.)
- New Program Proposal Form (Use this form to propose a new program, major, concentration, emphasis, or study abroad/away program. Select “Propose New Program” at the top of the form.)
- Program Modification Form (Use this form to propose modifications to an existing program, major, concentration, emphasis, or study abroad/away program. In the “Search” box at the top of the form, type in appropriate department/program code, for example, ART or MATH.)
- Repeating a Study Abroad/Study Away January Term (In the “Search” box at the top of the form, type in appropriate department/program code and number, for example, EDUC 170.)
