Academic Year: Tutors and Office Assistants (Federal Work-Study)
Positions with St. Olaf TRIO Upward Bound during the academic year are only available to current St. Olaf students with federal work-study awards. Hiring for office assistants usually happens at the beginning of each academic year, though applications are always accepted. Tutors are often hired at the beginning of each semester, but we are always looking for tutors proficient in math and science. For more information on position duties, see the job descriptions section below. To apply for the tutor position, complete this Google Form. Once submitted, the tutor coordinator may contact you for an interview.

Summer Program: Office, Residential, and Classroom Staff
Summer positions with St. Olaf TRIO Upward Bound are available to the general public, including teaching professionals and current post-secondary students. The 2022 summer program will take place in person at St. Olaf College, June 15th – July 26th. See the job descriptions below for more information on position duties.
To apply for any of the summer positions, click on the link below and complete the Google Form. After submitting the application, you must email a copy of your résumé and unofficial transcript to Mari Avaloz at avaloz@stolaf.edu. Failure to submit these two documents will result in the rejection of your application. Once received, you may be contacted for an interview. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis (until positions are filled).
