• Indoor: Skoglund and Tostrud Recreation Center features two indoor tracks, a six-lane swimming pool, a wrestling/aerobics room, and courts for tennis, handball, racquetball, volleyball, and basketball. The gymnasium/auditorium seats up to 3,000.
• Outdoor: Facilities include tennis courts, NCAA regulation track, numerous intramural fields, and marked trails through the prairie and woods.

In Stav Hall, Bon Appetit offers full meal plans that feature a variety of fresh, wholesome selections geared to please all ages. For informal meals and snacks, Lion’s Cage provides a coffee bar, short-order meals, beverages, snacks, soups, salads, and sandwiches. In addition, Bon Appetit caters served buffet meals, breaks, box lunches, receptions, and picnics.

Bon Appétit is the exclusive catering service of St. Olaf College and will design a menu for your event’s specific needs.

For the comfort and safety of your guests, no alcoholic beverages are permitted on campus.  Bon Appétit offers fine non-alcoholic wines and beers, including sparkling wines suitable for toasting. Samples are available on request.

Uniformed security officers patrol the campus and are on call 24 hours a day. Occupied residence halls are staffed during the evening hours.

Insurance Policy

Renting space at St. Olaf College requires an event insurance agreement between the party and an insurance provider of the choice. The agreement must list St. Olaf College as an additional insured party for general liability ($2,000,000 minimum liability).
