
The fees vary depending on if you are residential, non-residential or single-day, and what type of room you reside in.

You will receive all conference materials plus lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday and dinner on Monday and Tuesday:
- Residential participants will also receive breakfast on Tuesday & Wednesday.
- Residential participants will pay the housing fee at the time of payment.

Yes, upon submission of your registration, followed by payment – you will receive a confirmation email.
Written cancellations received by June 15 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Please email us if you need to cancel.
No refunds will be made after June 15.

Yes! You are encouraged to attend even if it’s for a day or two.
- The cost for a single-day attendee is $130 per day.

Once you select your conference option of either full-conference or single-day attendee a follow-up question will appear depending on your response.
- If full-conference is selected, you will then be asked if you require a room on campus.
- If non-residential is selected, no additional costs.
- If single-day attendee is selected, you will be asked to select the day(s) you are able to attend.

On-Campus Residential Option:
- Reside in one of St. Olaf’s residence hall, Ytterboe. Each room in Ytterboe is climate controlled within the room itself.
Off-Campus Options:

You WIll BE ASKED IF YOU WANT LINENONS OR NOT. YOU May prefer to bring your own. If you require lines then The following residence-hall grade items will be provided:
- Pillow
- Pillowcase
- Blanket
- (2) Flat Sheets
- (1) Bath Towel
- (1) Wash Cloth
during check-in at the residence hall:
- If you require linens, then you will pick up a pillowcase, sheets, bath towel, and wash cloth before heading to your room.
(The other items will be in your room upon arrival.)

Our partners, Bon Appetit, do an outstanding job making sure individuals with special dietary needs are accommodated during their dining hall experience in Stav Hall, including catering for vegetarian, vegan and allergen-free requirements. We are also providing catered lunches and dinners in the ballrooms.

CWTA starts at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 20 and ends after lunch at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
