The fees vary depending on if you are residential, non-residential or single-day, and what type of room you reside in.
The cost ranges from $110 (Single-Day) to $585 (Residential full-conference participation in a single room with the extra night). This does not include the $75 late registration fee for those who register after July 1.

Yes, upon submission of your registration, followed by payment – you will receive a confirmation email.
Written cancellations received by July 1 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Please email us if you need to cancel.

Yes at the completion of registration you will receive an automated message that your registration has been received.
Registrations after July 1 will incur a $75 late fee.

Our partners, Bon Appetit, do an outstanding job making sure individuals with special dietary needs are accommodated during their dining hall experience in Stav Hall, including catering for vegetarian, vegan and allergen-free requirements.
CWTA starts at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 29 and ends after lunch at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

Yes! Even though St. Olaf College is part of the ECLA tradition all denominations are welcome!
