In-person Conference
Conference Rates:
Full conference fee — $380 without scholarship support, $280 or $225 with scholarship support *;
- Includes conference materials and all meals (Monday dinner – Wednesday lunch).

Single Day — $130 per day
- Includes conference materials and lunch and dinner for each day you participate. (Monday meal will be dinner instead of lunch). Additional meals may be purchased on-site.
Grundahl Scholarship Support: Discount of $100 or $155
Scholarship support of $100 is available to anyone attending the full conference as a residential attendee; scholarships are not available for single-day registrants or non-residential attendees. A $155 scholarship is available to seminary students or those who are candidates for ordination in their denomination who are residential attendees. The conference registration form includes the option of requesting scholarship support, which will discount the conference registration fee by $100 or $155.
Scholarships are limited and are given on a first come, first served basis.

Registrations received after May 22, 2026 will incur a late charge of $80.
Refund Policy:
Written cancellations received by June 22, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after June 22, 2026.
Exhibitors:
There is a dedicated exhibit time on Tuesday evening plus other times on both Monday and Tuesday when the whole conference will have programming in the exhibit space.
Fee structure for exhibitors
$350 – Full exhibitor experience and participating in the conference. Includes exhibit fee and meals.
$200 – Full exhibitor experience, not participating in the conference. Includes exhibit fee, and meals.
$150 – Exhibitor’s colleague, not participating in the conference. Includes meals for both days.
$180 – Exhibitor single day, participating in the conference. Includes exhibit fee, meals.
$110 – Exhibitor single day colleague, not participating in conference. Includes meals.
$50 – Exhibit space fee.
$40 – Submitting leaflets.
$50 – Late fee
Written cancellations received by June 22, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after June 22, 2026.
MEAL Tickets only
$25 per meal (lunches or dinners)
On-Campus Housing
On-campus conference accommodations are in Ytterboe Hall. Guests will be able to check-in on Monday, July 20 and check-out on Wednesday, July 22 with an option for early housing the night of July 19. Please see our Lodging and Meals page for more information on Ytterboe, meal service at St. Olaf, and other accommodation options.
Bed & Breakfast Options
single room – $140 per person for two nights including breakfasts
Double room, shared with another conference attendee or non-participating Guest – $120 per person for two nights including breakfasts
- If you choose the double occupancy option, you will be asked to provide the name of the conference attendee with whom you wish to room. If you do not provide a name of a roommate we will assign one. If the noted roommate does not register for the conference, we may assign a roommate. You can also elect to share a room with a non-attending guest (the non-attending guest does not need to register for the conference, but you will have to pay for their housing when you pay for your housing).

Off-Campus Hotels
If you prefer to be non-residential, you can stay at a local hotel if you choose. Non-residential attendees will get lunch and dinner only at the conference.
We have limited block hotel rooms at AmericInn on Highway 3. You can call the reservation line (507) 645-7761 and book under the group name CWTA Group.
