In-person Conference
This year, the conference will be back fully in-person. There will be no virtual track this year.
Grundahl Scholarship Support: Discount of $100 or $155
Scholarship support of $100 is available to anyone attending the full conference as a residential attendee; scholarships are not available for single-day registrants or non-residential attendees. A $155 scholarship is available to seminary students or those who are candidates for ordination in their denomination who are residential attendees. The conference registration form includes the option of requesting scholarship support, which will discount the conference registration fee by $100 or $155.
Scholarships are limited and are given on a first come, first served basis.
Conference Rates:
Residential — $255 or $200 with scholarship support; $355 without scholarship support
- Includes conference materials and all meals (Monday dinner – Wednesday lunch).
Note: On-campus housing fees not included. See On-Campus Housing Options and Fees for on-campus housing fees.
Non-residential — $320 without scholarship support
- Includes conference materials and lunch only (Tuesday & Wednesday). Additional meals may be purchased on-site.
Single Day — $110 per day
- Includes conference materials and lunch for each day you participate. (Monday meal will be dinner instead of lunch). Additional meals may be purchased on-site.
Refund Policy:
Written cancellations received by July 1 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after July 1.
Late Registration:
Registrations received after July 1 will incur a late charge of $75.
On-Campus Housing
On-campus conference accommodations are in the recently built New Hall. Guests will be able to check-in on Monday, July 29 and check-out on Wednesday, July 31 with an option for early housing the night of July 28. Please see our Lodging and Meals page for more information on New Hall, meal service at St. Olaf, and other accommodation options.
single room – $153 per person post-tax for two nights
Double room, shared with another conference attendee or non-participating Guest – $126 per person post-tax for two nights
- If you choose the double occupancy option, you will be asked to provide the name of the conference attendee with whom you wish to room. A double room will not be assigned without the name of the person with whom you wish to room; the College does not assign roommates. If the noted roommate does not register for the conference, you will be assessed the single room fee. You can also elect to share a room with a non-attending guest (the non-attending guest does not need to register for the conference, but you will have to pay for their housing when you pay for your housing).
sunday july 28 early housing option – $77 Post-Tax
- Note: Does not include a meal. You can purchase a meal in our cafeteria for Sunday dinner and/or Monday breakfast and lunch.
Off-Campus Hotels
If you prefer to be non-residential, you can stay at a local hotel if you choose. Non-residential attendees will get lunch only at the conference.
We have limited block hotel rooms at AmericInn on Highway 3. You can call the reservation line (507) 645-7761 and book under the group name CWTA-St Olaf.
We also have limited block hotel rooms at the Fairfield Marriott, close to campus.
