- When you begin working, you will need to enter your hours in St. Olaf’s online Time Entry System, often referred to as TES. Please note that some departments may have sign in sheets or other methods to additionally track your attendance. These DO NOT take the place of TES and you MUST still enter your hours in TES to be paid.
- A link to access the Time Entry System can be found on the St. Olaf “Current Student” page under the “Employment” heading.
- You will have a separate record for each job you have on campus.
- Record your hours exactly as you have worked them, after each shift you work. Doing so will ensure that you are notified at the end of the pay period to submit your hours for your supervisor’s approval.
- Do Not wait until the end of the pay period to record all of your hours worked. Your time sheet will disappear if no hours have been recorded. If this happens, you can email TES for help.
- If you have any questions about TES, be sure to ask your supervisor or visit the Human Resources Office in Tomson 180.
