Staff Performance Review Process
Principles
- All staff working at the college should be given clear expectations at the beginning of the performance year cycle and routine feedback about their performance throughout the year – with written feedback at least once a year.
- Performance expectations should be aligned with the college’s Strategic Plan.
- The college is undergoing changes to the performance process and this is an iterative process. We value progress over perfection.
- Changes will be made as we work towards having the performance process managed in Oracle.
