Consolidations Before the Fall Semester Begins
- Students will be informed that consolidations are taking place via an email to their Saint Olaf email. Students are encouraged to regularly monitor their emails throughout the summer for any important housing information.
- Students may be granted an opportunity to provide a preferred roommate by a set deadline, this is not guaranteed.
- Students will be randomly chosen for who is required to move versus who can retain their bed assignment, but will receive a roommate.
- Students will be informed via email when consolidations are complete. Students can then check their housing placement to see if it has changed or if they have been assigned a roommate on their Housing Portal under the Assignments section.
Consolidations at Any Other Point of the AY

- Students required to move will be provided a timeline to complete their move. Students will be required to meet the final moving deadline.
