Residence Halls: Mohn & Kildahl

Check-In
Guests arriving to campus should proceed to Mohn Hall to pick up their room key from the Front Desk. If guests are arriving after-hours, please call the duty phone number posted on the building entrance for assistance.
Residence Hall Keys
Each guest will be issued a Residence Hall Room Key that gives them access to their room. This key should only be used by the guest that it is issued to.
Please notify Residence Life Staff immediately if you lose or misplace your key. There is a $100 key replacement charge if a key is lost.
Guest Housing ID
Card access is provided either by a photo ID provided by your conference group or guests will be provided with a conference guest card.
Please notify Residence Life Staff immediately if you lose or misplace your ID card or Conference card. There is a $25 replacement charge if an ID card is lost.
Check-Out
All guests must check out of their Residence Hall space at the end of their stay. Guests must:
- Remove all of their belongings from the room. Leftover belongings may be disposed of.
- Clean their space. Wipe down all surfaces, and sweep or vacuum the space
- Call the SCA on Call to check out of the room. The SCA will walk through your room and collect your room key and guest ID.
Campus Parking
Guests bringing a vehicle to campus do not have to apply for a parking permit. Guests are expected to park their vehicles in designated overnight guest parking lots.

facilities issues
- Maintenance Concern(s): Guests should place a work order for minor maintenance concerns (burnt out lightbulb, pests, etc.)
- Immediate Concerns: Large maintenance concerns (leaking toilet or sink, water leak, etc.) should be reported to Public Safety immediately at 507-786-3666.
