Community Concern

If you are concerned about any behaviors involving St. Olaf College students, whether these behaviors occur on or off campus (i.e. Student Code of Conduct violations, a student who you feel may be struggling physically or psychologically, at-risk, or any other behaviors of concern) please report via this form.

Early Alert Form for Faculty/Staff

If you as a faculty member, advisor, or work study supervisor have any concern about a student’s academic or work performance (attendance, turning in assignments, etc.) please report via this form.

Anonymous Reports

Community members who would prefer to anonymously report any concerns relating to known or suspected policy violations or unlawful activity may do so by contacting Lighthouse Anonymous Reporting.  This Hotline is operated by an independent organization.  Unless permission is given, Lighthouse will not share with St. Olaf any information about the identities of persons reporting concerns.
