Student Employment Events

    • Form I-9 Intake Event

      September 14, 2026  1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

      Students are welcome to attend the Form I-9 Intake Events hosted by Student Employment. In accordance with federal law, St. Olaf College requires you to complete a Form I-9 in order to work on campus. Student Employment staff will be available to process student Form I-9s in the Buntrock Ballrooms on Monday, September 14 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m and on Wednesday, September 16 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. If you cannot make any of these times, please stop in Human Resources (Tomson 290) during campus operating hours (Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). We will need documents from this list in order to process your Form I-9.
