Discerning Your Vocation
St. Olaf College’s Lutheran Center for Faith, Values and Community encourages the interreligious exploration of faith, values and vocation and provides opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and alumni to connect with each other around questions of belief, meaning, purpose and life choices.

Promoting Equity and Inclusion
The Taylor Center fosters a welcoming and inclusive community for students at St. Olaf by providing resources and programs that support student success, engagement, leadership and intercultural understanding. They provide resources and support for international students wanting to work on campus.
Engaging with the Local Community
Community Based Work Study (CBWS) allows eligible students to work with one of St. Olaf’s community partners and make meaningful contributions to local community life. The program provides financial aid assistance through real-world work experiences and personal and professional growth with community organizations. It supports the Svoboda Center’s mission to ensure that all St. Olaf students, staff, and faculty encounter abundant opportunities to discover and develop their vocations together through civically engaged courses, internships, volunteering, and research opportunities.
