What is Academic Coaching?

Academic coaching engages students as partners in their learning in order to equip them with knowledge, skills, strategies and mindsets to thrive academically and holistically at St. Olaf.

Academic Coaching is available for all students at no additional charge who wish to receive support in academic skills, such as:

  • Time Management
  • Organizational Skills
  • Learning and/or Study Strategies
  • Test-Taking Strategies
  • Strategies for Test Anxiety
  • Note Taking Strategies
  • Mindfulness and Other Ways to Help Manage Stress
  • And more!
