Student Learning & Licensure (SLL) – for Cooperating Teachers

    For Early Field Experience Cooperating Teachers (10-80 hours)

    • Single Sign-On Link: Use this link to sign-on to SLL as a Cooperating Teacher.
    • Field Experience Closure Tasks: Written directions for the following closure tasks at the end of the semester:
      1. Time logs: Video directions for Cooperating Teachers to verify their student’s time log on SLL.
      2. Evaluations: Video directions for Cooperating Teachers to evaluate their student’s field experience.

    For Final Student Teacher Cooperating Teachers (7-14 weeks)

    • Single Sign-On Link: Use this link to sign-on to SLL as a Cooperating Teacher.
    • CPAST Instructions: The CPAST is our student teaching evaluation tool.
    • Student Teaching Closure Tasks: This links to directions for closure tasks at the end of the semester.
      1. Time logs: Video directions for Cooperating Teachers to verify their student’s time log on SLL.
      2. Evaluations: Video directions for Cooperating Teachers to evaluate their student’s field experience.

    You will receive an email from watermarkinsights when students are placed with you in SLL that contains a link to access this data management system. Otherwise, please visit this login: http://sll.watermarkinsights.com/, use your work email as the user name, and click on “Forgot Password” to have a password reset link emailed to you. Emails from Watermark might go to your Spam folder, so if you didn’t receive emails, you could check there. If you have trouble logging in, please let us know at education@stolaf.edu

    Closure Tasks: Directions for Early Field Experience Cooperating Teachers

    1. Log in to Student Learning and Licensure (SLL) single sign on: http://sll.watermarkinsights.com/
    2. Click “Filter by Term” and select the current term.
    3. You will see the names of courses in which your student(s) are enrolled. Click on the title of the course to access your student(s) evaluation.
    4. Click on “Early Field Experience Evaluation.”
    5. There is a message for you on the first page that appears. This message asks you to both verify time logs and also complete the field experience evaluation. There is a link to directions to complete the time logs.
    6. The rubric you complete for the Early Field Experience Evaluation appears on the right side of the screen. If you click on “Expand Rubric,” you can see the full rubric and comment boxes. You do not need to add to the comment boxes, but they are optional if you’d like to comment on particular criteria (perhaps areas of strength or growth)
    7. Once you have completed all criteria in the rubric, SUBMIT your response.

    Closure Tasks: Directions for Student Teacher Cooperating Teachers

    1. Log in to Student Learning and Licensure (SLL) single sign on: http://sll.watermarkinsights.com/
    2. Click “Filter by Term” and select the current term.
    3. You will see the names of courses in which your student(s) are enrolled. Click on “EDUC 389.”
    4. Click on “Student Teaching Final Assessment — for Cooperating Teachers.”
    5. There is a message for you on the first page that appears. This message asks you to verify time logs, complete the ST Final Assessment, and complete a few additional rubrics.
    6. Once you have completed all components of the assessment, SUBMIT your response.
