Starting January 1, 2026, the state of Minnesota will be implementing a new paid leave policy. New York Life will be the administrator of this policy for St. Olaf College. More information will be coming soon. In the meantime, please refer to the documents on the right. If you have questions, please submit a ticket to AskHR.
