
ROAR Award
The Recognizing Outstanding and Admirable Results (ROAR) Award rewards exceptional, meritorious one-time achievement within the employee’s own job responsibilities. Given by supervisors/managers to their own team members for exceptional support on a project, such as attaining a stretch goal, completing a large project, and demonstrating exceptional teamwork.

The President’s Award recognizes staff whose performance went substantially beyond expectations on a specific assignment, task or goal or whose contributions had a significant impact on department or college objectives beyond the normal responsibilities of the position.
