An annual event that puts faculty, staffs, and students into small group discussion sections with scenarios to learn about micro-aggressions in communications.
Spring Event
The Marshmallow Challenge:
Building the Tallest Freestanding Structure with 20 sticks of spaghetti, 1 yard tape, 1 yard string and 1 marshmall0w. A fun TEAM-UP spring event focused on building community through teamwork!
Phlounge Update Project
Through TEAM-UP efforts the Phlounge has been transformed into a meeting space with lights and greens, new whiteboards and tables, and a comfortable seating areas for socializing. Whether studying with peers, having lunch with guest speakers, or holding student organization meeting, the Phlounge has become a center for community, collaboration, and connection in the department.
