2023-2024 Domestic Student Health Insurance
It is St. Olaf policy that all students enrolled at the College have health insurance coverage. This requirement is in place for the protection of our students.
If you are not covered under a comparable health insurance policy, you will be required to participate in the student insurance plan which is offered through LewerMark in collaboration with UnitedHealthcare Student Resources (UHCSR).
All students must complete the online student health insurance form EACH YEAR, whether enrolling or waiving. The deadline to waive the student health insurance for the fall semester is 11:59 pm Wednesday, September 20, 2023. The deadline for spring semester is 11:59 pm Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
If the form has not been completed prior to the deadline, the student will be automatically enrolled in the St. Olaf insurance policy and the $2,685 yearly premium will be non-refundable. The waiver needs to be submitted once per academic year. We encourage you to review your current health insurance policy with your parents, if applicable, to ensure that it sufficiently covers you while pursuing your academic interests at St. Olaf.

You can follow the instructions below if you are covered under an alternative plan and would like to waive the student insurance policy.
