The Office of Student Activities uses a system called “Presence” in order to maintain an accurate database of student organizations on campus. This database includes organization rosters, contact information for officers, and general information about each organization. Organizations should update their rosters and contacts regularly.

St. Olaf students, staff, and faculty listed as organization officers and advisors in Presence have access to their club activity in Lawson, our campus financial information system.
