Before you begin filling out the form, be sure your image is a JPG or TIF and has been edited in Photoshop to a pixel dimension of 3000 x 2000 (or 3000 pixels on it’s longest side). If you have taken your photo at the largest file size, this should not be a problem.

The VRC’s Student Artwork Collection is a closed collection and is only visible to computers at the St. Olaf IP address. We ask that you verify that the image is only your own work and that you have given us permission to add it to our database by clicking in the appropriate boxes. Be sure to fill in ALL fields before you hit submit. If you have further questions please feel free to contact:
