This newsletter highlights department news and updates, or shares requests for faculty and staff involvement.
Includes an introduction each week written by the president or a member of her leadership team.
doES NOT FEATURE ✗
This Week does NOT include campus events.
How can you submit your news?
All faculty and staff can submit their news to This Week using the button below. Content must be submitted by the Thursday before each issue in order to be included. Content not submitted by that deadline will be included in the following issue of This Week.

This newsletter highlights reminders and key dates, updates on various aspects of campus life (residence halls, dining, etc.), opportunities on campus, and St. Olaf news.

How can you submit your news?
All faculty and staff can submit their news to The Weekly Rundown using the button below. Content must be submitted by the Thursday before each issue in order to be included. Content not submitted by that deadline will be included in the following issue of The Weekly Rundown.
The Events dIGEST
Audience ✓
All St. Olaf faculty, staff, students, and emeriti (retired faculty members).
Frequency ✓
Every Friday morning at 9 a.m.
Features ✓
This newsletter highlights on-campus events happening in the next two weeks in chronological order. In order for your event to be considered for inclusion, it needs to pass the following criteria:
1) It must be on the college calendar.
2) It should be open to a wide group of St. Olaf community members.
3) It must be taking place on the St. Olaf campus.
How can you submit your event?
All you need to do is add your event to the college calendar. Anyone can add their on-campus event to the college calendar using the button below. The earlier you submit your event to the calendar, the better. Your event must be submitted to the calendar at least two weeks prior to the event date in order to be included in the Events Digest.

Monthly on Wednesday morning at 9 a.m.
Features ✓
This newsletter highlights reminders and key dates, updates on various aspects of campus life (residence halls, dining, etc.), opportunities on campus, and St. Olaf news.
This newsletter reiterates and reinforces information shared with students.
Ole Notes
Audience ✓
Sent to all St. Olaf faculty, staff, alumni, and parents of current students.
Frequency ✓
Recipients can select when they want to receive this e-newsletter (day and time) and frequency (weekly or monthly).
Features ✓
This newsletter highlights St. Olaf news stories, athletics updates, streams, and ways the broader college community can engage with St. Olaf.
Recipients can select what type of content they are most interested in (athletics, music, alumni features, etc.), and our platform will deliver more of that content.
