Do not leave your personal items/belongings unattended.
Always lock your bicycle to a bike rack and use a quality lock.
NEVER prop open an exterior door and NEVER open the door for someone you don’t know.
Lock the doors and windows to your room when it is unoccupied and when you are sleeping.
Do not leave your wallet, purse, or large amounts of money in plain view in your room.
If you have valuables in your room, store them out of sight.
Always require identification before allowing someone unfamiliar to enter your room.
Record the make, model and serial numbers of all valuable property in your room.
Keep your curtains drawn during the evening.
Limit the amount of cash you carry with you.
Separate your cash and credit cards.
Keep a list of all credit card numbers and the issuing company number in a safe place.
