Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use concern or experiencing a crisis.
Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR)
This training includes the 3 steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. This training focuses on how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.
Narcan
Narcan training is a free training for organizations and individuals on the administration of naloxone, the medication that can reverse an opioid overdose. All attendees can receive their own IM naloxone kit and a certificate of completion. For some professionals, Continuing Education Units (CEUs) may be available.
