Program Overview
Participate in the Wall Street Prep Basic Package – the training program used by leading financial institutions! This online, self-paced training program is an abbreviated version of the Premium Package that focuses exclusively on financial statement modeling. Trainees will learn modeling best practices and build a complete financial statement model. This program is especially suited for students who are seeking careers in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance or equity research. Learn and develop skills in Excel and engage in active learning related to financial forecasting valuation. The training helps participants master finance fundamentals so you can successfully launch your career.
Upon successful completion of the Basic Package of the Financial Statement Modeling program, students are eligible to advance to the Wall Street Prep Premium Package. Students will advance through six core training modules – and complete a 49-question final exam – and receive a Wall Street Prep Certificate. This certificate is recognized by employers and can enhance your candidacy for internship and job opportunities. – and complete a final exam will receive a Wall Street Prep Certificate. Note: The program assumes a basic introductory knowledge of accounting (e.g. interaction of balance sheet, cash flow, and income statement) and proficiency in Excel. Students with no prior background in Accounting should enroll in the Accounting Crash Course. Please indicate if you have met these prerequisites in your Ole Career Launcher application.
Given the cost associated with the program, selected students must commit to completing the estimated 11 hours of online training. It is strongly recommended that students work through the training at a reasonable pace and complete the training during the summer. Students will have access to the service for one year.
