St. Olaf students are invited to attend a new collaboration between the Piper Center for Vocation and Career and the Taylor Center for Equity and Inclusion.
The Employer Diversity Recruiting Meet & Greet is an opportunity for St. Olaf students to connect with employers and organizations who have made genuine commitments to building more diverse and equitable recruiting pipelines.
In the style of a hybrid career fair and networking event, the event will provide organizations the opportunity to advertise job and internship opportunities and engage with diverse students to demonstrate how they are creating welcoming and inclusive corporate cultures.
There will be a short opening program where employers will speak about their opportunities and corporate cultures. Following the program, students will be able to talk with employer representatives and learn more about what they have to offer. Students are encouraged to arrive at 5:30 and stay as long as you are able. If you cannot arrive at 5:30, students are welcome any time!
