Purpose of Procedures

To ensure the proper use of the College resources and to implement adequate controls to safeguard College assets.

Who needs to know these Procedures

These procedures apply to all St. Olaf faculty, staff, and students.


Employees are expected to report any theft of College assets or suspicions to either the Office of Public Safety x3770, the Office of the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer x3018, or the anonymous campus conduct hotline 866-943-5787.
